Case and point, this is an experiment. I’m putting my word on the line. All this talk about the music industry and whats going on inside that chrysalis is now up for debate. I’ve recently decided to allow these ideas (in regards to how the industry works and how I can manipulate it and have it become me) into the bedroom, from my headroom. (I live with my parents, so bedroom is a symbol for comfort… Pervs) I want to filter these ideas through something other than my self serving ideal. I want the discussion to leave my bedroom and enter yours. I want answers. I want questions. I welcome a compliment, I welcome a threat, I welcome adversity, and I certainly welcome clarity. Sumerian Records is spotlighted in this month’s issue of Alternative Press: The Innovator’s Issue. Sumerian is headed up by Ash Avildsen of ‘Reflux’, Whose insights shine a cool light of perspective on the current condition of the industry. (assuming AP conveyed it correctly)
